The preset programming make Contact's entry level model very simple to use but does not compromise on wrap quality. Whilst its competitive price makes it appealing to low volume customers the machine is capable of wrapping 20-25 pallets per hour. Its limited features make the machine low maintenance and very reliable.

Machine Overview

With its adjustable motor speeds and programmable wrap counts the Exp-308 is a more versatile machine then the Exp-408; particularly useful if your wrap a wide range of product types. When run at full speed it is 20% faster than the Exp-408 giving it a realistic output of 25-30 pallets per hour yet the machine remains very simple to program and operate. It has a "quick release" control making the adjustment of the tension very easy to do during a wrap cycle which is ideal if wrapping light products or pallets of mixed weights such as heavy boxes on the bottom and light ones on the top.

Machine Overview

The Exp-108 is by far our most popular machine. When it stretches the film 200% for every 1 metre of film on the roll you can get 3m coming off. This normally means you can achieve film savings of up to 50% compared to hand wrapped pallets. If you are wrapping 25 average sized pallets per day we feel that the film savings only justify the extra cost of the machine compared to the Exp-308. This machine also comes with more features and is 500mm taller as standard compared to the 308. This model is now available with integrated weigh scales.

Model EXP−501

Machine Overview

The Exp-501 is a traditional turntable type machine that has been designed to be as automatic as possible. Once the film has been loaded into the film jaw clamps there is no need to attach the film to the pallet in the normal way. At the end of the cycle the machine cuts the film with a hot wire, secures the tail end on to the pallet and then grips the film ready for the next load. It even comes with a remote control so if loaded by a lift truck the driver does not have to get out of his vehicle.

Machine Overview

The Exp-501A is an innovative machine that allows you to create a complete in-line wrapping system using a traditional turntable style machine. The Exp-501A is the same machine as the Exp-501 but with a 500mm high powered conveyor attached to the turntable. You can also incorporate the Exp-701 top sheet dispenser to enable you to obtain 100% coverage all at the touch on one button.

Machine Overview

A battery operated Robot style stretch wrapping machine which is ideal for when you need to wrap in a variety of locations or have a limited amount of floor space. The robot machines are the perfect solution to wrapping oversized pallets which would normally create an overhang and therefore a Health & Safety risk on a standard sized turntable without going to the extra expense of a bespoke made extra large turntable.
